We have two reception hoppers for dry beans with a capacity of 50 tons each.
We have two production lines of 1600 kg. /hour each and two lines of artificial drying, and the machinery is placed in such a way as to limit the use of elevators to minimize the damage of the beans.

The process begins when the dry bean goes to the RECEPTION TOLVA, then by elevators is taken to the PRE CLEANING MACHINE where all the strange matters are separated so they can´t go in to the process, the DESTONING MACHINE is where all the stones ,are strange foreign, then goes to the SORTING MACHINE, here is were the beans are classified according to its size, and we obtain 3 different sizes of beans(ASE, ASS and ASSS) then each of them are individually sent to the last process which is the Pneumatic cleaning machine in which, by air, it separates the remaining impurities.
